I "hear" you rickn, if he is Financially Independent he might take it as a Challenge to turn it around as he did at Marvel. As I mentioned, he is close to Campiti and maybe feels he can be of assistance to a Friend. I know you have your doubts and with good reason but I, from what I have read on all boards, take it as a done deal. Tlsmd
