What is this, 2009?

Float is locked so damned tight that the slightest rumor will send this up exponentially.

Float lockdowns never worked. Turns out that the entire concept was a lie designed to enable insiders to run a pump-and-dump. Just ask the former acolytes of Monk.

The float is not "locked down." The insiders will dump as much stock as they can get away with. Most people have given up on the FLD concept.

This company was born a scam, and has never conducted any real business, ever.
