The lack of explicit headlines naming Rhodes as CEO, probably means he isn't.
I think we have all seen Benny issue misleading statements before. Board members do advise the CEO/president, but it's been about two and a half months and nothing appears to have changed with the company. Benny still looks like he is doing whatever he wants.
I think if Rhoades were CEO, he would have issued a statement by now, on the direction he would take the company. I also think he would have had a release date for the Absolute Comics before the New York comic con. He also would have appeared with Benny and David at the New York comic con.
I noted Rhoades absence in the latest blog post (apparently done by Benny) and no mention about the missing PowFolio content (something that should have been explained).
It all adds up, to me , as Rhoades not being CEO (and maybe not even being an effective board member).
