When you put a cash value on your or our company at .0036 for financing it tends to make me doubtful. I have a hard time swallowing the Kool-Aid that that there was not better terms available rather than to knock the stock price down then convert at those prices.
I am not happy about it. It makes me question the leaderships intentions. Now if they didnt knock the price down and did this same financing above 1 cent I would have a better feeling about raising the capital....but truly this amounted to toxic financing. I am holding but if he pulls this again I'm out. A big part of the reason I bought in, was his claim of notes being settled and no more toxic notes which destroy companies.
