"I'm in the process of reading thru the posts on this board and skimming some Seeking Alpha articles. Have not yet tackled the SEC filings."

Just skimmed every post here. As usual with these boards there's lots of cheerleading (and some bashing) but virtually no analysis of SHOP's product and business plan. ("going to $500" isn't a business plan LOLOL!)

First off, I'm wondering what SHOP offers merchants and consumers that their legions of shopping cart competitors don't offer or can't copy quickly.

Can anyone answer that basic question?
