OS still under 80 million, yes there has been some dilution, but that means those are being paid off. If GRCK ends up with 100 million OS, so what, that is peanuts in penny land. I have seen stocks hit .04 with over a billion OS and no revenues. So I think GRCK is an amazing buy at these levels. After the merger we could easily see .10.
