Actually, I would argue that it is undervalued. Right now the company has a market cap of ~$600,000. There really is A LOT of gold sitting on those claims - probably much more than they realize if they would do some systematic exploration. There is also the possibility of by-product heavy minerals (tungsten is a possibility where they are) or sand and gravel (if you can find a market).

The problem is the management rather than the asset. If somebody could buy them out or do a shareholder revolt and replace the board, you could be looking at a 50X increase in market cap even after doing a raise to put the mine into production.

Seriously, I'm looking at several small miners who are bringing mines on line. Northern Vertex / Golden Vertex has a small mine near Oatman, AZ, that they are bringing on-line this Fall. They currently have a market cap of $110,000,000, and I would expect that to increase to $150,000,000 once they are on line.

There is no reason why somebody couldn't do that at Osceola - it just won't be these guys.
