Ask your broker for L2 with weighted average (if you don't have L2), be very polite. He/she will inquire with the manager and reply they are unable to find it (regardless of the broker). Politely suggest "free L2" and how you bring value to their business by frequency and potential (deposit, usage, clients) and briefly explain your passion for trading.
I don't pay for my L2 so long as I complete 15 round trips per quarter. Wall street is desperate to keep its clients and fully aware that 85% pulled their funds in anticipation of market correction and are investing elsewhere i.e real estate and tangible goods. You would be amazed how far language can take you.
