07:49 AM EDT, 10/06/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Biostage(BSTG) , a biotechnology company, said Friday that Nasdaq has determined to delist the company's stock from the exchange, effective Oct. 6, as the company could not regain compliance with the $1 minimum bid price, and the $2.5 million minimum market capitalization requirement for continued listing on the exchange.
The company's common stock will transfer trading to the OTCQB marketplace, effective Oct. 6, and will trade under the same ticker symbol "BSTG."
