I hear ya, but I don't think you're right.

Trading was strong late in the day, with PPS around the high-of-day. At the last second someone slipped in a 10,000 share sell at .0044 (i.e. they sold $44 worth of stock), and that took the PPS from .0047 to .0044. Perfectly legitimate, most likely....but not indicative of how the day went yesterday.

MMs will see that trade and adjust accordingly. Ask is .0046, so we aren't opening down.
