It's funny because with other OTC companies they do a note for 250k with a discount of 50-75% market for the last 3 trading days, run it to .000 and convert over 1 billion shares and keep selling to no bid. These guys are investing in the company and we are getting 1 m dollars. It's an equity investment that will have a lock up period for 6-12 months
