I thought my morning wait at the airport would be uneventful.. Robert as you just stated, let's be substantive and constructive..We all have the same common goal, to see CYRX continue to do well..

1. How did you discover CYRX?

2. When doing your due diligence, you are obviously speaking with management, did you speak with customers and CYRX partners as well?

3. Did you visit the CYRX plant in Irvine, and if you did, can you tell us anything you learned from the visit?

4. I think you mentioned you have a $9.25 price target , if I'm correct.. How did you or your firm derive at that target price?

5. If you were to upgrade that target price, what factors need to come into play?

6. In the last 2 days our stock has seen an extreme volume sell off.. In your professional opinion, what do you believe to be the reasoning beyond it.. I'm not sweating it either.. Just curious to hear an experts opinion..

7. Many on this board believe will need to do another cap raise.. I believe that as well, but at a much higher price.. What are your thoughts?
