If "dividending" means distributing the ibx shares to mhtx shareholders as a dividend, let's do some math. 64 million ibx shares divided by 534 million mhtx shares (forget any warrants, preferreds or convertibles for now) means for every mhtx share you would received .12 ibx shares (that's if the marv gave away all the ibx shares). So at current value of .14 for ibx, the dividend would be worth about .017; maybe that's what is keeping mhtx above .02 for now.

And leave it to the marv to brag about the $14 million received in past years from Carpenter which has long since been squandered even as Carpenter gave up on trying to make the technology work and actually paid to get away from having anything to do with marv and friends.

All in all, just another purposely misleading p/r in mhtx's long history of over-promising and never delivering.
