I haven't w/ Scottrade either. FRZT# and my shares are gone. This is my first RM I've gone through so at first I was like wtf where'd my shares go!? (yes I did receive the letter from FRZT just have never been THROUGH an RM).

But I saw the ticker has a placeholder on it, so it's just a waiting game.
