We had no revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 or June 30, 2016. Our operating expenses were $85,855 and $160,061, respectively, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, compared to $179,037 and $377,111, respectively, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, a decrease of $93,182 and $217,050, or 52% and 58%, respectively. Our operating expenses consisted mostly of professional fees, and to a lesser extent general and administrative expenses and research and development costs.
