California. The entire state will soon allow the full recreation use of marijuana at the beginning of 2018. California is the single largest economy among the United States of America, with nearly $2.5 trillion GDP, making it the 7th largest economy in the entire world, national and state GDP combined.

Now, how will federal government explain to its citizens that banking will continue to be unavailable to this rapidly growing industry? The largest economy by state is going to have the biggest market for cannabis, yet it won't have safe a reliable means to manage the monies?
