Does anyone have perspective on when, if ever, BLDV was considered to be a "shell" entity, and what the advantages and/or disadvantages may have been or might be?

I've never been clear on the shell topic, generally, and am wondering specifically here.

Waiting to obtain more BLDV if they ever intersect something <=$0.0001, again. "Those were the days... ".
