Omega isn't a startup. A startup is a new company . OCFN has existed at least since 2007 and before that these guys had Omega Capital Funding LLC or maybe it was Omega Capital Finance LLC. They have been in the fraud business for a long time. OCFN was not always a pink slips company either. They got kicked back down to that status for screwing up. They haven't filed a quarterly or annual report in years. I'm surprised they haven't been completely delisted. They owe millions in judgments they never pay a dime on, judgments from many years ago and I believe most are for fraud so they cannot get out from under them by filing bankruptcy. They cannot own anything. They can't have assets because their judgment creditors will seize whatever they acquire. They have no money to loan. No bank would loan them money. They don't make any money. It appears they exist to sucker people out of money and provide absolutely nothing of value in return. Every deal they tout falls through. They're always in trouble for taking big due dilligence fees from businesses thinking they will finance their big progress when they have no money to finance anything with and are just going to submit a loan application for them they have to know up front will be denied. Apparently they have a lot of people very upset with them right now over preferred shares that were supposed to pay I think over 18% in dividends guaranteed but they stopped paying after selling hundreds of thousands worth of those shares. I suspect they would be sued a whole lot more than they have been but when people go to lawyers the lawyers are going to check these guys out and advise against suing because people will never collect on the judgments. An attorney darned sure wouldn't want to take a case on a contingency fee against them even if it was an easy one to win because they would never get paid.

I feel sorry for people who get suckered into buying this stock. You're idiots for not doing your due dilligence though, so I can't feel that sorry for you.
