Remember folks, they are selling shares at a company valuation of $26 Million USD. We are sitting at $14 Million USD. That is double the current valuation, much better than most pennies that discount 30-50% to raise money. I believe this is the real deal. As soon as they announce financing,it's an automatic double and then some. IMO. My favorite thing about this stock is how this board is so quiet and there has been constant buying for the last 2+months.
