I'll try and stay under the filing requirement for my position. But a few million just may be the ticket.


Market looks about 6 months out on big boards. They look about 2 seconds out on the OTC. IF at all. The market makes no sense most of the time, is WRONG plenty and leaves many wondering what happened when they miss the boat.

So what does one do?

They do THEIR OWN DD.

As risky as the market is in the first place the OTC adds even more risk. You don't get your DD from a message board. That's for sure. You've probably read my disclosure.
