What I thought I heard on the news cast:
I listened to the Uptick News Wire radio spot and got the following from the broadcast. Alper and BLDV are going to do lease-backs, meaning that BLDV will own the facility and then lease the facility to an operator. I believe this was Ray Crock's recipe for success and how he built McDonalds from the ground up? Yes. Sounds like a sound business model to me.
My speculation:
Then maybe you get all the operators to sign on to use Cannabis Clean to maintain their facilities. You partner with Israel and get working on some targeted medical marijuana therapeutics and collaborate with the operators to grow the raw material that you used to make the therapeutics...
