Big T is pretty diversified into other industries and sells a lot of smokes in places that never heard of the FDA. I'm not entirely convinced that a low nicotine mandate in this country will rock their worlds.

It will be good for XXII, though, in the short term, and the upside is that it might lead the way for other countries to follow suit, which is already taking place, to what degree remains to be seen.
