The only clinic trials on mitigation of pain in cancer patients with a 50/50 mixture of THC/CBD was a complete failure - the drug Sativex was no more effective in relieving pain than a placebo.

And any CBD product made from imported hemp oil is a inferior product.

The claims of CBD products being a miracle drug are complete nonsense - most of the claims are anecdotal and have not been subjected to the rigors of clinical trials.
