It's a thinly traded .06 stock backed by two guys pumping 17 year old sensor technology as cutting edge so they can dump stock and get paid.

It doesn't take an accountant to figure that out.

Good news for all on this board though is that you have plenty of stock you can load up on as they continue to dilute from here.
