It seems NNVC is further behind now than the cocksureness of three years ago:

TOX has started,.... and the 200 g was apparently enough for BASi to get the ball rolling.

It is still 2014,.... and TOX has started,.... that's a fact you can't deny,.... so your point about it not getting started until 2015 is also dead.

Has BASi called it 'insufficient' to get started? Has BASi called what was sent a 'sample'? And since they are the experts on doing this sort of work,.... I'll chose to follow their lead here.
