When any proof is provided. The only external information on this situation points at it being true. I've done a lot of searching today and I keep coming across stuff that reinforces that this all ties together.

I've been translating all the text in these images for myself by taking pictures of them with Google Translate on my phone.

Bottom line, everything I check has either JinBo and or ZJMY. And those can easily be tied to the reverse merger.

And then there is the court case. I post about it every time it updates as it seems to be the clearest indicator that this is real and is being handled by people that care about their own investment and ours.

If... this is a scam no one will profit and a lot of people are going to jail. Would anyone take that risk with a ticker that has already sent people to jail?
