Please stop this nonsense

Any SEC filing company that is delinquent 8, yes eight, 10Qs and 10Ks, like scam company NMED is, should be SUSPENDED BY THE SEC. Period.



SEC filings are expensive. Most of these companies don´t have a lot money as we know and some have too many holders to file form 15.

A suspension should not be a punishment. They suspend delinquent stocks to protect investors.

But if a company is in the process to file everything there is no point to protect investors because obviously they would file in weeks or months.
