When this case proceeds the plaintiffs will not settle for nothing less then the initial amount previously mentioned. Given the efficiency and winning record of the firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner IMO I believe Glenn will want to maximize the monetary compensation owed the company and see the case go to trial. In my most recent conversations with Glenn he has mentioned that he intends to rebuild XA and look for acquisitions that CMGO would benefit from by bringing on board. There are 2 people on this board (GK and myself) who have had continuous contact with Glenn over the years and when he says what his intentions are to us, we believe his word to be the truth. Now if a settlement can't be reached and this goes to trial you can rest assure the attorneys representing CMGO will be prepared.
