USMJ gives away 51% of any profit they make, in the form of a dividend payable to ACI each and every quarter that there is any profit.

An investor that owns shares and doesn't understand that USMJ has to give away 51% of any profit each and every quarter to another entity certainly has obviously not done their DD.
