5th circuit court decision meaning...
I think that just means they will not pay back $7.2 mil instead of not paying back $5.8 mil. I doubt we'll ever see another dime. The criminals will never work again so there will be nothing to garnish, and they'll just live off the money they stashed away somewhere.
As I told the DOJ in my first interview, after this is all over they will be living a better lifestyle than me.
