Viola hasn't been able to create a viable company since 2002. Now DCAC is nothing but a dead ticker trading at $.0001. He's delinquent in his filings with the SEC and is revoked at Nevada SOS.

Everyone he's announced to have brought on board has departed without it being announced.

The R/S was 1:500, then 1:2500, then dropped. The reason for doing so was the result of negligence.

He's old and sick and is looking for one final payday so he can get out from under this rock where he's placed himself so he comes up with still more nonsense until he can find someone to buy the shell.

Obviously, it's not working. Given his track record, that should come as no surprise to anyone.
