We won't even need good news, just a calendar date. Right now without seeing WDDD reply motion and no more delays 1st week of Dec or Jan will be oral arguments. so that decision in buy May or June.
Timeline in place.
Then like markman, or ptab hearing, will be some form of run up
leading up to that date.

Judge panel could cause us up or down depending on draw.

Wifi One could cause a big run up any day between now and Nov 5th
Oil States could cause a MASSIVE run up, before end of June 2018.
Positive or neutral CAFC decision (May-June 2018) should cause a nice spike as it confirms moving on to district court.
and District Court is when the BIG run up happens. Not sure on that timeline, will research all of that when it gets closer to the CAFC decision)

Once the date gets set you will see money coming back in leading up to that date.
