has noting to do if those shares from the deal were re-sold or not, the point is those shares are added to the float and reduces shareholder equity in the company. you can't add 20 billion shares (or any amount) and expect the share price to stay the same. you do know how to figure market capitalization right, and what it means? that's how dilution kills share price appreciation. and that ain't no speculation.
