Correct. There is no "Rejection" stamp as I understand.

There are times when FINRA will not process corporate actions in order to protect investors, but that is it.

The company would have received a deficiency determination by this point if FINRA was not going to process the name and ticker change IMO. The evidence I have seen points to the fact that FINRA is still processing the name and ticker change.

It will happen.

Sooner or later, makes no difference to me.
