Out of town. Havent had a chance to look at whatever lawsuit your talking about.

If ur referring to the TCA issue, management indicated there will be a settlement in our favor but none of that adds up to a hill of beans if its just a judgement. We got some money from them to buy Cresent, then they breached etc.

Its not even an issue in my mind, at this point.
