You are correct that I am new to "posting". One of my partners who was also a victim of the previous President and CEO of Intrepid before they were bought by UATG, referred me to IHUB. I only own one pink sheet stock and it has been a big mistake so far. I honestly dont know how this OTC is allowed to operate. As for my interest in UATG it began when Intrepid was bought by UATG and my attorney contacted the new company. Mr. Umbra was vetted by my attorney on behalf of me and my partners. I then requested to speak directly with Mr. Umbra and he obliged eagerly. I found him to be honest and sincere. He was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. He also had already removed the two individuals responsible for all the issues which to me was a good sign that he was on to their game before many of us were and removed them before anyone knew what they had done. He didnt need to be told to do the right thing. He also took full responsibility even though legally he didn't have to considering that much of it took place before he bought them. He clearly has integrity but I am not sure if that is enough. He seems to have a plan and is very confident so I remain optimistic the best I can. Me and my partners have seven figures in this deal (or intrepid holdings) and lowering my cost basis as a few have suggested would require buying more stock than I am willing to do or can afford. I have reduced my cost the best I can within my comfort zone. My original cost was over $1 and now am much lower but no where near 0.007. All of my stock is in cert form and all of my dealings with the company have been direct. I like to talk to the people I am doing business with especially when things havnt gone well.
