The 8K indicates debt funding of $4.5M (looks like $3M to fund growth and $1.5M to pay off Silicon Valley debt). I read that as a good sign that the lender, in its diligence, must see the growth in orders/backlog and is funding the build plan. They get interest plus warrants at $0.15 minimum - fairly standard debt funding.

Builds my confidence... and today's step up in volume is a good sign. Hope to see more next week.

All these tragic hurricane and earthquake events help reinforce the EVArc secondary proposition that not only is it there to charge EVs, but it can also provide emergency power.
