Wow lots of clueless people here. The $50 million, which can be used anytime, meaning it doesn't need to be used RIGHT NOW, is because they believe full phase 1 results from both studies in 3-5 weeks will be good. They will need money to move it to phase 2. This is a good thing. The alternative is they think phase 1 sucks and the tank goes to zero. At 6 million cap, the $50 million is meaningless. A typical stock near phase 3 will surpass $300+ million (F-R rule). It's a steal at these levels. People who can't seem to understand dumped in the 30 cents. Smart people bought after hours for cheap.
