He can only dilute to 1.9 billion shares but ok. Also the way they completed the deal when giving him shares was that all shares are now equal. Whatever he gets per share, we get per share. He also cannot take out debt past the date this transaction was completed and push it into more shares to pay it off. There was a financial after the deal was done. Instead of taking out debt, he put about 1.3 million of his own money to support his investment. Read the 13D. It tells a lot about what can and cannot happen at this point and time. Also lays out exactly, how many shares can dilute and for what purposes.
