I think it is for 2 reasons:

1. It is in Boca Raton, Florida where one of PAOG's Clinics
is opening soon. It would be very convenient for the
Management of RSII/PAOG to retain a factory in Florida
where PAOG is opening 2 Clinics in October and 2 in
November.

The description that " Cosmetic Solutions " gives about
itself on its website matches exactly the description that
the News Release states about the FDA approved
Factory.
