The various enforcement actions by NTEK lenders have been affected by hurricane Irma, since the Florida Broward County offices were closed for a week or so.

The last legal move I know of, thru BeverlyH, Long Side Ventures had seized (garnished) all Nanotech-owned domains, including Ultraflix.com.

A Writ of Bodily Attachment against Nanotech putative CEO, Jeff Foley was expected to be issued 2 weeks ago, but its issuance has not been confirmed so far.

A Writ of Bodily Attachment is when some nice policemen come knock at your door, and ask you to accompany them to the police station, where you'll be detained until the judge is ready to hear your explanations. And they're better be good.
