The problem isn't with you calling these companies patent trolls. It's the fact that you've said judges and juries look badly at them and throw these links out as proof.

These links show IPR losses. That has nothing to do with judges hating patent trolls. You don't invalidate a patent because of who's holding it.

These links show juries that were shown documents they shouldn't have seen and mislead them to favor the "patent troll". Then appeals were made or judges declared mistrials.

Your links do not support your statement. They do not show that judges and juries hate patent trolls and rule accordingly. They show cases by patent trolls that were just flat out lost.

You might be misunderstanding how lawsuits work. If you sue someone, it doesn't mean you'll win. You still have to prove that the person you sued did what you say they did in a legal manor. And you have to have solid documentation on your side to be successful as well
