There's no limit on the Ask size. The 2B posted include the shares that have been converted. The remaining unconverted 750B is still being held by warrant holders. The reason they are not converting is there are no buyers so they don't want to convert and get caught in a R/S since a split don't affect unconverted shares. The problem here is they will most likely be holding until the year 2020 when the warrants expires. Once the warrants expire, they will then do a massive R/S and wipe out all shareholders including all those that did convert. So it's a lose lose situation. HCMC is nothing but a triple toast SCAM run by greedy con men.
