We can put that to rest. Listen to the earnings call if you don't believe me. If you don't believe the CEO, you should probably sell the stock and move on.

Next step is to get the spin off done, but it sounds like they will have an interim financing deal in place soon. Snagging Disney as a customer is quite a coup for this company and a testament to the CEO's ability to strike deals IMO.

Not sure who's selling today, but I believe they will strongly regret it in the next few weeks.

I've got nothing left to add...I strongly suggest listening to the earnings call as the CEO addressed a number of questions in his prepared remarks.
