Yes, you're right, there are definitely many red flags on ASKE.

Gregory Bourque also sits or sat on the board of BORK which bears his family name.

But I was referring more to Sonny Boyd Williams, LLC / Stephen Zoyes and Michael Zoyes. Sonny Boyd Williams has Stephen Zoyes as the managing member. Michael Zoyes is listed numerous times in the financials as well. The ASKE transfer agent has been instructed to irrevocably set aside 1,844,000,000 shares in favor of Michael Zoyes. The TA was also instructed to irrevocably set aside 1,156,000,000 shares in favor of Sonny Boyd Williams LLC. As of April 30, 2017 the total principal amount due Sonny Boyd Williams LLC was $182,134 with the accrued interest of $208,846.00.

One other name that I noted has been connected to some of the Zoyes scams:

"Jay King was hired as an outside consultant to identify and acquire a project for the company to execute"

Jay, aka Javan, King's name keeps popping up here at ASKE - he was involved with CDFT, HSCO, and OLIE (among others), all of which are on the grey market now. He pushed his "anti-dilutive" convertible preferred stock scheme on several of the Zoyes Boys stocks.

He and Michael Zoyes were in some scams together. Zoyes, a felon convicted of racketeering and of criminal fraud - he served prison time for both, was even named to OLIE's advisory and audit committees. It's not known what his qualifications were for auditing anything. Zoyes was also the former CEO of HSCO, he literally ran that company into the ground.
