10Q Aug 14, 2017 shows Coretecs very low Outstanding share count. That's very low but the Float is super low around 5 million shares. Insiders shares as Ken Evans stated in the conference call have lifetime restrictions and on top of that I believe insiders will hold their shares LONG TERM! With a super low float and Coretec stock not seeing any dilution this stock could move much higher with this very low float and probably will in time. Expect it its going to happen . Shareholders are in a very good place here with such a low float.
