What "plan"? You keep posting about some strategic sounding plan with absolutely no proof but conjecture.

It looks like UOIP is running out of money at this stage in the lawsuit(s) and is diluting.

There is no master "plan" that you keep misleadingly alluding to. It's just plain dilution. That's what companies do when they run out of money.
