You realize you just sent me a wage rate determination for employers. It's wages plus a fixed hourly cost of benefits. This is basically the total overhead for an employee. Someone with a wage rate of $85 per hour is only really getting paid about 55k a year. Sure they could bring home more than a typical employee in a random office job with a bill rate of $85. But they have to get a lesser health, dental, and eye insurance and any other benefits such as a 401k company match. I would assume someone who has been a boss and has ran projects before would know this.
