Is OCRX's jump [+24% today] on no news a sign the stock is oversold?

It could be a leak, or it could be nothing in particular.

Since OCRX reported the negative STOP-HE results in Jan 2017, the share price has swung between $0.52 and $1.94 (a range of almost 4x!) on objectively minor changes in the company’s prospects.
