Agreed. "In no way should it tak[e] months or even years to create a filing." Even since the SEC judgment, GDSI still hasn't done a single SEC filing. The requirements are clear, filings undone, and shareholders in the dark.

Not very likely for GDSI to file BK, 1st you would need to have something of value. GDSI has no business, no income, nothing to protect by way of BK filing.
Which also leads me t the question why the filings are taking so long.
When you have a zero income company not to hard to plug a bunch of zeros into a pre-fab document.
In no way6 should it tak months or even years to create a filing.
Much more to the story than we see.
